By accessing or using the Telegram bot MeetTap (“the Bot”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.
MeetTap is a Telegram bot that provides meeting scheduling services:
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and any Google account used in conjunction with the Bot.
3.2. You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.3. As an organizer, you are responsible for maintaining accurate availability settings.
3.4. As a client, you agree to honor your bookings or cancel them in a timely manner.
3.5. You agree not to abuse the booking system by creating fake or spam bookings.
4.1. Bookings are confirmed immediately upon selection of an available time slot.
4.2. Both organizers and clients may cancel bookings at any time.
4.3. Cancellation notifications are sent automatically to affected parties.
4.4. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from missed meetings or late cancellations.
The Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of the Bot’s creator(s) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
6.1. The Bot is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranty. We are not responsible for any damages or losses related to your use of the service.
6.2. We are not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, or quality of information exchanged through the Bot or stored in your Google Calendar.
6.3. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability of the service.
6.4. We are not responsible for any missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or other issues arising from the use of the Bot.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Bot or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at MeetTap Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes through the Bot. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
