Our bot collects and processes the following Google user data:

• Your Google Calendar data (events, schedules, and calendar settings)
• Your Google account email address
• Calendar sharing settings and permissions

Telegram Data

• Your Telegram ID
• Your Telegram username (if available)
• Your first name
• Your chat interactions with the bot

Booking Data

When you use MeetTap for scheduling meetings:

• Meeting date and time
• Organizer and client information
• Meeting cancellation records
• Booking preferences (working hours, days, time zones)

3. Use of Information

We use the collected information solely for:

• Creating and managing calendar events for scheduled meetings
• Sending notifications about bookings via Telegram
• Allowing clients to book available time slots
• Notifying organizers about new bookings and cancellations

We do NOT use your data for:

• Booking records are retained for 90 days after the meeting date
